SignalStack Connect is an enterprise API that developers of other applications can use to integrate end-user brokerage accounts into their applications in a secure and seamless way. It works through a centralized secure OAuth to abstract connections. Users have full control at all times to disconnect any service provider. Developers can build applications in a flexible, developer friendly way.
There is an annual $99 fee for access to the developer program. Then, you just pay for what you use based on the pricing tables above. Pricing is automatic, so you don't have to change plans as you grow. If you need more signals than offered above, for special custom pricing, please contact us.
As many as you need. You just pay for usage based on tiers. So if you add more users, you'll pay more for SignalStack Connect. If they cancel, you'll pay less.
Aside from the annual $99 fee for developer access, you get 5 free signals per month and 1 free connected user account per month. Any usage above this incurs costs. This level of access is provided to help you build. Additionally, all paper trades (simulated trades) at your broker are free and not counted towards your signal usage.
Developer access fees are never refundable. Usage fees are not refundable once the usage has occurred.
Yes. SignalStack offers a wide range of support options, including helpdesk chat, email, and phone support.
Account access is read-only and lets you download transactions, history, portfolio holdings, and orders from end-user accounts. Signal Routing allows you to place trades in end-user accounts. Account access is the minimum level of service under SignalStack connect. Signal routing is an upgraded capability. They are priced separately.
If you have, for example, 10 end-users connected, and you process 1,000 signals for them in total during a calendar month, you would pay SignalStack the following amounts: $99 one time per year for your Developer Access Fee, plus $22.20 per month for Account Data API Access, and plus $195 per month for signal utilization under the SignalStack Order Routing API. If the following month, you have more or less users, your pricing will be adjusted accordingly to reflect actual usage.
