However, our industry still faces a significant challenge: the shortage of female engineers. Too few women graduate from technical universities — and we want to help change that.

That’s why we launched Femmegineering, a Sigma Group initiative created to highlight female role models in engineering and give young women the inspiration, support and confidence to pursue a career in technology. Through storytelling, mentorship and visibility, Femmegineering encourages girls to explore engineering, raises awareness around the importance of diversity in tech, and helps strengthen the status of women in technical education.

We also host a variety of Femmegineering events where our employees connect, share experiences and have fun together — from inspirational talks and learning sessions to hands-on workshops and after-work gatherings.

Together, we are shaping a more equal future — and opening doors for the next generation of engineers.
