Janelle Caldwell’s journey began in Salt Lake City, Utah, before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, and eventually settling in Texas, where she has thrived for the past 30 years. Throughout her three-decade career in the hair industry, Janelle has made a name for herself as a professional stylist specializing in cutting and coloring. Her expertise extends beyond the salon, as she has played a pivotal role in the education and launch of new products and color lines, and has showcased her talent on stage at major hair shows.

Janelle is also big on giving back to the community. In 2013, she and other hair professionals traveled to Moore, OK to assist residents after a tornado leveled their community to bring “Beauty for Moore”, a service to help those suffering from the tragedy normalize their lives.

In addition to her accomplishments in the hair industry, Janelle has ventured into the world of television and movies, providing professional hair and makeup services for various productions. Her entrepreneurial spirit shines through in her creation of “Groom the Grooms,” a unique business offering personal wedding valet services for men, which she successfully built from the ground up.

Never one to slow down, Janelle is now embarking on an exciting new chapter as the owner of the Shrunk 3D franchise for DFW. Her passion for innovation and dedication to excellence make her a dynamic force in any industry she touches, and she is eager to bring her vision and expertise to this next venture.
