Demetrios is a seasoned construction professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Starting his career as a Superintendent, Demetrios quickly advanced to the roles of Site Supervisor and Project Manager, overseeing numerous residential and commercial projects. It wasn’t long before he decided to venture off and start his own construction company. Known for his hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality, Demetrios earned a stellar reputation among his peers and clients. In 2023, Demetrios’ career trajectory was dramatically altered when he sustained a significant knee injury which impacted his ability to perform much of the work he would perform on a daily basis. Outside of his professional life, Demetrios is a devoted father to three energetic boys who share a passion for soccer.
