As Co-CEO David is co-responsible for the company’s strategy and for the B2B growth vector. David focuses on building and scaling Zalando’s unique capabilities to enable the company’s growth. David has been part of Zalando’s senior management team since 2010, working as CFO until 2022 and as SVP Convenience until 2019. Before joining Zalando, he worked at McKinsey & Company. David holds a diploma in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Founded in Berlin in 2008, Zalando is building the leading pan-European ecosystem for fashion and lifestyle e-commerce around two growth vectors: Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B). In B2C, we offer an inspiring and quality multi-brand shopping experience for fashion and lifestyle products to about 50 million active customers in 25 markets. In B2B, we are using our logistic infrastructure, software and service capabilities to help brands and retailers run and scale their entire e-commerce business, on or off Zalando. As an ecosystem, Zalando aims to enable positive change for the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Bernard is the CEO of Vestiaire Collective, Europe’s leading platform for pre-loved luxury fashion. Appointed CEO in October 2025 to drive the group’s next phase of growth, Bernard joined the business in 2021 as chief strategy officer before progressing to chief financial officer in 2023. Prior to joining Vestiaire, he spent 15-years in investment banking.

Today, Karen oversees innovation, marketing and brand strategy for Kraft Heinz’ European and Pacific Developed Markets, united by the company’s crown jewel, Heinz - a global brand icon with roots in Karen’s hometown of Wigan where her love for the billion-dollar brand began. A seasoned CPG executive with a passion for building high performing teams, Karen has a track record of spearheading innovation and creativity to drive top and bottom-line growth for global brands like LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer prior to joining Kraft Heinz. Karen has also held leadership roles at Diageo, Coty Beauty and P&G. Based in Amsterdam, Karen is the proud parent of two daughters and enjoys exploring new cultures and countries through food. But when it comes to her favorite; French Fries – it has to be Heinz.

Peter Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of AllSaints, the global contemporary fashion brand, and John Varvatos, the modern American luxury menswear brand. He joined AllSaints in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in 2018, assuming leadership of John Varvatos when the brand was acquired in 2020. Under his tenure, both AllSaints and John Varvatos have delivered sustained record results, most recently reporting a new record group profit performance for the year to February 2025. With annual revenues in excess of £400 million the combined AllSaints/John Varvatos group has approximately 250 directly managed stores, concessions and outlets across 16 countries, supported by a significant online presence, a strong international network of leading wholesale and franchise partners, and a global team of more than 2,000 employees. Peter’s leadership has been widely recognised. He was named Leader of the Year at the 2025 Drapers Awards, while AllSaints was crowned Fashion Retailer of the Year at the Retail Week Awards 2025 and Retailer of the Year at the 2023 Drapers Awards. Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997, specialising in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen in Scotland and London. His early career saw him work with private equity firms and leading UK entrepreneurs in the consumer sector to support their growth ambitions. In 2000, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of USC, the muti-brand casualwear retailer that was Diesel's largest European wholesale customer at the time. In 2022, Peter joined the Board of the British Retail Consortium as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee. He lives in Hampshire with his wife and two children.

Before joining AWWG, Marcella held various senior positions within PVH Group, including president of brand management, Calvin Klein Europe, and chief merchandising and global licensing officer for Calvin Klein.

Bastian Siebers is an experienced e-commerce expert and the CEO of flaconi, Germany's leading online shop for beauty and perfume. He took on the role of CEO at the end of 2022 and has steered the Berlin-based company onto a successful course in less than two years.

Siebers successfully drove a significant growth trajectory, built on a strategy focused on Internationalization, Retail Media, Retention, and Engagement. This approach delivered break-even and double-digit profitable growth that has continued to the present day. He also spearheaded rapid international expansion, successfully launching flaconi in 8 new European countries and targeting seven more by 2026, with the goal of becoming the leading online pure-player in European e-commerce. The motto #WEcommerce is lived and breathed at flaconi: Siebers focuses on building long-term, trusting relationships with flaconi's customers, brand partners and, above all, with all flaconi employees.

With more than 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, and strategy, Siebers previously served as the CEO of babymarkt.de. Throughout his career, he also acquired deep retail and e-commerce expertise at the Tengelmann Group and within the KarstadtQuelle Group.

Marlies Hersbach

Marlies Hersbach is the Chief online and Customer Officer at Mango and a member of the company's Steering Committee. From her position, she leads the brand's digital strategy, including the development of the e-commerce channel, customer experience, and loyalty programmes at a global level. With a degree in French Language and Culture and a master's degree in Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University, Hersbach has over 15 years of international experience in omnichannel retail and e-commerce. In 2020, the executive joined Mango as International Retail Director, following a solid career in the retail sector. During this period, she successfully led the commercial strategy in some of Mango's key European markets. Born in Düsseldorf, he studied physics at RWTH Aachen University and subsequently earned his doctorate in neuroscience at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, and he brings extensive experience in data, digital, and transformation across retail, energy, and telecommunications.

He began his business career at Boston Consulting Group, where from 2000 to 2005 he worked as a project lead for various companies in the telecommunications, insurance, e-commerce, and retail sectors. From 2006 to 2016, he held various leadership positions at a number of telecommunications companies in Germany and internationally (T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telstra), most recently in Australia as Chief Operating Officer Consumer Business at Telstra. In 2017, Sascha Mager joined the energy company E.ON, driving forward digital transformation in the retail segment and subsequently successfully managed E.ON Next in the UK as Managing Director.
