Dutch translation for the Plugins Garbage Collector WordPress plugin is available at May 25th, 2010 with version 0.6. Thanks to Arthur for the help with making Plugins Garbage Collector WordPress plugin available for Dutch users in their native language.

Other langauge existing translation files need to be updated to correpond the current changes.

Plugins Language Switcher WordPress plugin allows to use different language (from WordPress default one) for WordPress back-end interface. It is useful for example if your blog front-end configured as Spanish but you (or your blog editors and authors) wish to work at back-end with their native language, e.g. English. Another variant of this plugin usage is other plugins translation testing without change of the whole blog language WPLANG constant value.
This plugin shows in the language selection drop down list all languages which you have in blog wp-content/languages and wp-content/plugins directories. It is possible to setup different back-end languages for different users. Plugin stores selected language value locally on user’s computer using cookies.

Silence is Golden Guard WordPress plugin v. 1.5 update

Silence is golden guard plugin is updated

SIG GUARD Updated

Next update v.1.5 is available for Silence is Golden Guard WordPress plugin. With the help of plugin users incompatibility with WP Super Cache plugin was discovered and fixed. The problem was that blog with WP Super Cache plugin active becomes unavailable after activating of SIG plugin. Analysis showed that index.php file with redirection directive in the wp-super-cache/plugins directory results in the endless redirection loop which block the blog front-end and admin back-end access. From version 1.5 SIG plugin checks if WP Super Cache is active and create then empty index.php file for the wp-super-cache/plugins directory without redirection directive. The incompatibility issue is resolved this way.

Silence is Golden Guard WordPress plugin v. 1.4. update

Silence is golden guard plugin is updated

SIG GUARD Updated

Next update v.1.4 is available for Silence is Golden Guard WordPress plugin. Checking if index.php file is SIG Guard plugin made file and can be rewritten is updated/enhanced in try to exclude rare cases when SIG Guard rewrites important index.php file, e.g. in the current theme folder. SIG Guard own stamp string verification is added. File with more than 4 rows will not be changed too.
This update is critical for new plugin users only.
Note to former users: if you wish to rebuild all your dummy SIG index.php files you need to delete that files manually before click “Rebuild All” button. As old index.php file does not contain SIG Guard stamp string, plugin should not update such file.[nothankyou]
