The Medi-CaSE network addresses the cancer burden in the Mediterranean region, particularly for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer, by enhancing secondary prevention policies and fostering collaboration among bordering countries. Medi-CaSE aims to strengthen health system capacities, create a common research platform to identify gaps, and promote inclusiveness and innovation in cancer screening. It facilitates research priority setting, best practice sharing, and evidence-based clinical integration while offering training and career opportunities for local professionals and young researchers. |
