🌿 Lived Experience Reflections
Supporter only reflection pieces drawn from my own lived experience of abuse, leaving, and rebuilding, alongside psychological insight. These posts explore what it actually feels like to live through abuse and its aftermath, and offer language, meaning, and reassurance that what you felt and did made sense. Many supporters return to these pieces when they need grounding or clarity.
🌿 Reclaiming Self Articles and Worksheets
In depth articles that focus on the impact abuse has on you, including themes such as trauma bonds, identity erosion, core beliefs shaped by abuse, and coping responses that once kept you safe. Each Reclaiming Self piece comes with a survivor centred downloadable worksheet, designed to help you gently reflect, ground yourself, and begin reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet.
🌿 Survivor Insights
Carefully curated collections of written quotes shared by survivors, gathered around a single theme. Survivor Insights exist to reduce shame and isolation by showing how many people have lived through similar experiences. Many supporters read these quietly and return to them when they need reassurance that they are not alone or imagining things.
🌿 The Clarity Series
A collection of checklists and decoders created to help reduce doubt and confusion and support you in trusting your own reality again. These pieces are designed to be read and used on their own, whenever you need them. They focus on recognising patterns, naming what happened, and answering the questions survivors often carry silently.
🌿 An Ongoing Supporter Library
Full access to everything published in the Supporter space so far, along with all new content added each month. This library grows over time, giving you a collection of resources you can return to whenever you need clarity or validation.
💬 Private Chat Space
A gentle, private community space for supporters, with optional prompts and room to connect with others who understand. There is no pressure to post. You are welcome to read quietly, react, or share when it feels right. This space exists to soften isolation, not to demand engagement.
