Open the DMG, drag the Settle icon onto the Applications shortcut.
If macOS shows a warning, click OK to dismiss it.
Scroll down to Security. Click Open Anyway next to the Settle warning, then confirm with Touch ID or password. Settle will launch normally and never ask again.
