But I do have some thoughts about it and why he has it. lj-cut for possible spoilers. <br /><br /><br /><br />I have to admit, the first time I thought we saw Rodney's grey jacket was in <i>The Defiant One</i> which fit in nicely to the whole 'Rodney's tan jacket is ripped so he starts to use a grey one'. However, then I realised that he wears it all the way back in the episode <i>Suspicon</i>, when they take on the Wraith.<br /><br />But why does he have a second grey jacket but other members of the science team don't seem to wear it?<br /><br />My second theory, once the 'cut up, new start etc.' one was ruined was perhaps the grey was what the sceience team wore while on missions [see the spoiler pic of Rodney and Carson from S2 as an example.] but Rodney wore the tan some missions before swiching fully to the grey one. So, that couldn't work.<br /><br />Anyone have any theories on the grey jacket, where it came from, why only Rodney wore it?<br /><br />It is a symbole of him as a fighter?
