1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the SetChat service, operated by SetGlobal Sàrl, Switzerland.

2. Registration

Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. Each account is strictly personal.

3. Service Description

SetChat provides a customer communication platform including: live chat, chatbot, ticketing, knowledge base and analytics. Available features depend on your subscribed plan.

4. Plans and Billing

Plans and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. No minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Send spam or unlawful content
Collect personal data without consent
Intentionally overload the infrastructure
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

6. Data and Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. SetChat acts as a data processor for your website visitors' data.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain the service available 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The SetChat service, its code, design and documentation are the property of SetGlobal Sàrl. Your content (FAQ, messages, configurations) remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

SetChat is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

10. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.

11. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
