Set & Rep Counter allows you to track your lifting workouts to help you achieve your training goals. The app will remember your last set weight and number of reps for each exercise so recording your workout is quick and easy. You can also view your personal record, heaviest weight/number of reps charts across a 7 day, 30 day and 1 year date range and your latest sets by date in the exercise stats section. The app is preloaded with many exercises and you can add your own custom exercises if you need something more specific.
