Creates call flows & UML sequence diagrams from textual inputs.
Sequence Diagram Editor is a tool for creating call flows and UML sequence diagrams from textual descriptive inputs about an object.
You can insert or remove objects by the simple procedure of inserting or deleting a line from the input text. Also there are lifelines and messages throughout the procedure with which you can avoid dragging and dropping objects onto the canvas. It has a simple and intuitive interface. PDF or RTF are the various formats to which the diagrams can be exported to by this application, or you can print them out. There is an Image Export option with which you can create PNG (Portable Network Graphics) images for a set of diagrams in the system file. For use in HTML documents, standalone images of diagrams can also be exported. You can leave on-diagram comments, which can represent conditions or loops. Different drawing elements like states, action, timers and scenarios are also supported in this program.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Compatible with Vista
Cons
- Export to a limited number of formats
My AVG anti-virus software activated when I tried to download this application. Perhaps, the developer will look into the reason why this might have occurred and make whatever changes are necessary to the application as it looks like very useful software.
