These competition terms apply to all competitions currently being run by Selkie Suits at this time. They will be updated as required, please refer to this page for the latest copy of the rules at any point when the competition is live.

1. Any Twitter entry must be from a user that is over the age of 18. Confirmation of this will be required from the winning entry, failure to provide valid proof of age will result in an immediate redraw, no exceptions.
2. A ‘fursuit’ and/or ‘mini-partial’, for the purposes of this promotion is defined as, a fursuit head, 4-finger handpaws (padded), and a tail. The construction of the ‘fursuit’ will be in accordance with Selkie Suits’ style and methods. The winner CANNOT request for the ‘fursuit’ to be made to any other specification. The winner is fully responsible for providing accurate measurements when construction begins.
3. All Twitter entries must be completed by a RETWEET (note: Quote Retweets do NOT count) and by FOLLOWING the Selkie Suits twitter account (@selkiesuits). Failure to do both of these will invalidate the entry.
4. The entrant must provide a clear 2-3 sided digital reference sheet, unshaded if possible, of a original character and post it as a comment on the original Twitter post to be considered an eligible entrant. Failure to provide a reference sheet in the Twitter comments section of the competition post will not be counted in the draw. Hyperlinks to reference sheets will not be counted, it must be an image post.
5. A winner will be drawn, at random, when the competition closes. The winner will be notified, via a tagged post on Twitter. You must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and a redraw being initiated. The new winner will be notified in the same manner.
6. If you are not following the Selkie Suits twitter account (@selkiesuits) at the time of draw closing and winner selection, your entry will be invalidated.
7. All entrants can only enter the draw ONCE. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible and a redraw will be initiated.
8. The sponsor, the propriator of Selkie Suits and any immediate family are not elligable to enter the draw.
9. During the time of this competition, I will be open for commissions. You can still enter this draw if you have or are planning to submit a quote form and the results of the competition will have no effect on a quote application. If the winner is also a commission applicant, who has originally submitted a quote for a full suit or items other than or addition to a ‘mini-partial’, only the cost of the ‘mini-partial’ items will be covered as the prize. The entrant, if a commission applicant, will be solely responsible any costs/transactions not pertaining to the prize items.
10. The Winner’s mini-partial will be added to the upcoming queue which is due to start June 2021 and guaranteed to be finished and delivered within the year of 2021.
11. Selkie Suits reserves the right to on-going, perpetual, royalty free Worldwide use rights to all images of the draw prize items, in all stages of it’s creation and when the item is finished; to be published, broadcast or used as seen fit on any and all promotional material, it’s website, emails and all Selkie Suits social media channels.
12. Prizes can not be converted, transfered or changed. They can, however, be upgraded at the winners cost following individual discussion. All upgrades are a seperate commercial transaction.
13. Entries from protected, private or otherwise unavailable accounts will be disqualified. Entries invalidated due to being inaccessible to the promoter, or where the entrant changes their username during the prize draw period are not the responsibility of Selkie Suits.
14. Entrants who are in breach of Twitter Code of Conduct will be immediately disqualified from entry in the prize draw.
15. This prize draw is not promoted, affiliated to, or supported by Twitter Inc in any way.
16. All entrants into the prize draw will have deemed to have read, and understood, these terms and conditions of entering the draw by submitting an entry. All entries are covered by Scottish law.
17. The closing date for entries will be the 12th December 2020 at 10:00am GMT/UK time. Entries received after this date/time are invalid and will not be included in the draw.
18. Any decision by Fiona Miller, propriator of Selkie Suits, is final.
