This keynote explores how building impact literacy - the ability to design, measure, and recognise your impact - creates both a competitive and cultural advantage. Participants will be introduced to Selena's 3i Impact Model*, which maps impact across three dimensions: interval (short-term to long-term), implication (negative to positive), and intentionality (intentional versus unintentional). The model, including the idea of second and third-order consequences, helps make impact visible, and build organisational cultures that can speak to impact, rather than just the actions taken.
