clamp_icontest 20x20=400 challenge
This is reaaaalllly late... orz But between work and family issues, I'm just glad I was able to finish the set. Whew!
At first, I was pretty much excited when I chose Subaru for
clamp_icontest's 20in20 challenge but while browsing for images on the internet, I realized that he only had a few for X/99 and most of them were with Seishirou. LOL Thus, most of the images I used in my icons were from Tokyo Babylon. ;;;
I really should learn manga coloring...

Headgear - "Who's That Boy" is the title of Subaru's image song in Tokyo Babylon
Chapter Title - A Dance with Death is the 5th Chapter of The Serpent's Shadow (3rd book of The Kane Chronicles trilogy by Rick Riordan)
Two Fonts - used Arial Rounded MT Bold and Urban Jungle for the fonts; "I want to believe in you" is from Deja Vu, the 2nd Ending Theme of Tokyo Babylon
Special Category: ADJECTIVES
I decided to use adjectives denoting color to describe Subaru: white/blue represents his innocence and relatively peaceful life when he was still young; emerald for his eye color; pink signifies the Sakurazukamori in his life and how that person changed everything; red symbolizes the death of his twin sister Hokuto; and black/gray signifies his "corruption" and how he seems to view his life after Seishirou's death.
It was definitely a challenge to look for pictures for these, especially for PINK because I really wanted to use something with sakura petals. In the end, I didn't have a choice but to use a particular image of Subaru that I've used several times already. ^^;;;
