Both Search & Filter Pro and the Base (free) version integrate with WPML via our **Search & Filter – WPML Extension** plugin – allowing you translate your search & filter fields and search for content in any language!

Get the Extension
-----------------

### Via the Pro Plugin

Enable the extension by heading to `wp-admin` -> `Search & Filter` -> `Integrations` and then using the toggle to enable the extension – this will automatically install and activate the extension for you.

Translating Fields
------------------

Whenever a field is created or updated, it is added to WPMLs translation management screen.

You can filter the translation management screen by **Search & Filter Field** to see all your fields at once.

----------------------

When you first setup WPML your existing Search & Filter Fields won’t be recognised by WPML until you save them.

Quickly and easily import your existing fields using the **Add Existing Fields to Translation Management** feature.

Head to `wp-admin` -> `Search & Filter` -> `Integrations` -> `WPML`

Then select the settings icon:

WooCommerce Multilingual
------------------------

The [WooCommerce Multilingual Plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/) is required to translate your WooCommerce products, variations, categories, tags and attributes.

Search & Filter fully supports the WooCommerce Multilingual Plugin.

ACF Multilingual
----------------

To translate Advanced Custom Fields you will need to install the [ACF ML plugin from WPML](https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/).

Search & Filter Pro currently supports some features of ACF ML, we’re working on improving this integration.
