    Award-winning headless platform, I created the architecture and oversaw the delivery of this large-scale auction site with 300,000+ lots. The platform incorporates lightening-fast Algolia search across millions of records, a realtime integration with Salesforce, automatically enriched content and the management of 8m digital assets via Cloudinary.

    A large E-Commerce platform powered by an integration with Digital River and Global Commerce - the site utilised the Block Editor and featured multiple languages and currencies.

  • Platform Creation for Fast Food Giant

    A huge WordPress project for a very famous brand. The migration of a complex Sitecore platform into WordPress. I am overseeing the architecture and planning for this project - which will likely incorporate a central design system distributed across a network of multi-lingual sites.

  • Multi-language site for a global Brand

    We created a large multi-language multisite with assets and content shared across their global content teams. The build included an integration with a Sitecore instance via the WordPress Rest API and Funnelback as the search tool. The site went on to win a number of awards.

  • API-Driven Application for National Campaign

    ITV, the UK national broadcaster, paused broadcasting for the first time in their history to encourage a million people to exercise. I built the site responsible for managing the thousands of events around the UK via a custom API. The site infrastructure successfully handled the huge traffic surges and the event proved to be a huge success.

  • University Digital Transformation

    A multi-year engagement encompassing the integration of multiple new microservices across a large digital eco-system. The project, currently being fully defined, will integration WordPress with dedicated Reach applications and likely utilise Salesforce, Algolia, Acquia and a number of other dedicated services.

    The Economist were early adopters of the Block Editor and we built a suite of flexible components which could be utilised across a network of sites.

    We built a incubator framework to enable the efficient creation of new brand sites. We substantially reduced the time-to-market for Danone, and added flexibility and efficiency into their new brand rollout.

    Modernising an existing WordPress implementation to utilise the Block Editor, this site is a network of brands which share the central ecommerce service provided by Digital River.

    Bacardi was a large, platform-building framework which supported dozens of their most famous brands. I contributed to a number of these brand sites and assisted with larger, architectural decisions.

    A Sitecore to WordPress migration with over 50 years of archive materials and editions. The archive was migrated directly into core and custom blocks within the Block Editor. The site includes a deep integration with their existing subscription middleware and ecommerce stores.

    A large-scale e-commerce platform - powered by WooCommerce - which includes a number of deep integrations, including an inventory system and multiple fulfilment partners. The site includes React applications, seamlessly embedded within the WordPress infrastructure - which deliver different key conversion paths across the site.

    A complex migration from Aptify and Freestone, this platform enables users to seamless search, purchase and view hundreds of courses. The platform integrates with Algolia and BlueSky LMS and uses WooCommerce for transactions.

    A huge law firm with over 1,000 Attorneys across the US, this project enabled the company to migrate away from their complex Sitecore instance and leverage a WordPress multisite network. The site includes an integration with Algolia and their custom back office system.

    A large Sitecore to WordPress migration of thousands of pages across multiple business units. The site also includes automated translations via a Weglot integration.
