Dreams, whether you can remember them or not, have always been the ones to take you to another world. You can do anything there- fly, walk on water, sing, dance, become a celebrity. The possibilities are endless, and you are the creator of what you see.

Your world hasn't changed, from wherever you are now. Days go by and you go about your daily business, wondering if there is such a place as the one you visit or imagine in your mind. Nightfall comes, and you rest, falling into that peaceful world once again.

When you wake this time, however- you realize immediately that something is wrong. You're resting on white sheets, in a yellow room with stained glass windows overlooking a long road that seems to stretch on for forever. A mirror along the front wall greets you, and when you look into it, you can see another world through the glass. Your world, to be exact. Everything seems normal, and you seem to be acting like you would on the outside- but you're not there, you're not making the choices or doing the actions. Something else is. You're dreaming, somehow- and now your consciousness lies here.

You turn to your bedside table, and notice a communication device, along with a slip of paper with the words "You are not safe here. Be wary of the King and Queen." Below that single statement is the only clue you have as to who wrote it- for it's signed by someone named "The Exile."

It's then that you notice that you're not alone. There are many others like you, trapped here in an endless city which has no decided time or age to its name. The residents within the city treat you like you've always been here, and there's no end to the main road or where it goes. Rules and lifestyles are laid down by the King and Queen here, and magic guards these laws well. There's no escape, no exit from this place, and no turning back.
