They\u2019re experienced, and they love to be recognized for what they\u2019ve brought to your school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New teachers are more likely to experiment and innovate, especially when it comes to integrating technology into the class. They\u2019re searching for mentorship and validation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both are so valuable for any school.
