But then that went out the window.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s when we met.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead of allowing herself to remain stuck, Cayla joined the Schools of Excellence <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/schoolsofexcellence.com\/membership\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Owner\u2019s HQ<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. I\u2019ve had the privilege of watching her grow into a transformed leader over the years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, she is confident, resilient, and discerning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She\u2019s hired a great leadership team, pursues big dreams, and has learned how to coach her colleagues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She even got a beautiful tattoo of the word \u201cBreathe\u201d to remind her of a big takeaway from the Schools of Excellence community.
