This app is intended to support music students in their scale practice The app enables and encourages students to: 1. Practice alongside scale notes, listening closely to intonation 2. Practice alongside a drone and scale notes, listening closely to intonation 3. Practice alongside the drone alone, listening closely to intonation 4. Listen to an individual scale to understand its structure 5. Read and understand the note names of a given scale while practicing 6. Explore new scales and have fun!!! Scales can be customized as follows: 1. Instrument selection (piano, organ, strings) 2. Drone Selection (cello, tuning fork) 3. Transposition option for all keys 4. Scale selection (All recognized scales, including Major, Natural minor, Harmonic minor, Melodic minor, Major and Pentatonic Modes, Arpeggios, Pentatonics, Blues, etc.) 5. Adjustment of tempo, time signature, starting note, starting octave, number of octaves, repetition of tonic note, metronome (simple or compound time), number of intro beats 6. Selection/addition of drone 7. Variety of interval selection possibilities 8. Repeating note option to enable real time listen and play of each note 9. The 'Endless Loop' button plays the scale on repeat endlessly. As soon as the scale ends it loops directly back into the metronome count in Customised scale formats also can be saved as favourites Background colour can be adjusted and saved
