We’re seeking a highly organized and reliable Junior Digital Designer with strong English communication skills and proven experience in Figma (essential). Attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage tasks independently are critical to success in this role. You should be proactive, dependable, and comfortable working within structured workflows and deadlines.

The role also requires some technical curiosity. A basic understanding of HTML and the ability to work with simple code is important, along with a willingness to learn tools such as Visual Studio Code, Copilot, and effective AI prompting to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Experience with DaVinci Resolve for video editing and Blender for 3D modelling is a nice-to-have and can be learned on the job. This role requires some flexibility to work hours that overlap with our team in New Zealand to support collaboration and project coordination.
