Have you wondered what marketing is, how to get started, or how it can help your veteran owned business? Are you aware of the fundamental '4 Ps'? Do you want to learn more about why research is needed or how customer service fits in all of this? If you answered yes to any of the questions, please join us for the VBOC's Marketing Fundamentals for Veteran Owned Businesses. In this two hour class, attendees will be introduced to marketing fundamentals that can be immediately applied to new ventures and current businesses.

Topics covered will be from market and industry research, marketing mix, customer service, the elements of a marketing plan, and how to leverage your veteran status.

This is an online class. The Zoom link will be emailed one day prior to event and/or upon registration.

Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above to discuss. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
