Focus 012 - [Accidental Video]

[Fang is sitting in the windowsill of her room, watching the storm outside. If one has been paying attention, they'll notice now that her funky tattoo/brand/thing on her right arm is gone. Occasionally a flash of lightning will light up her face, showing just how blank her expression is.

It's like this for a few long moments, but then she groans and runs a hand through her hair and...runs into a tangle.

Which is apparently a very vile thing, because she brings that patch of her into her sight and frowns at it.

And then gives up with a heavy sigh. It's just not worth it.]

...I need a drink.

[Fang is sitting outside somewhere, her hair lightly blowing in the slight breeze. She's not sad, but she's not happy, either, just...pensive, it seems.]

So...when you can't remember something important, how do you all deal with it? Like, you have that nagging feeling in the back of your head that you need to figure out, but...when you try, nothing ever comes of it?

[Sigh. She frowns, figuring that she'll never figure it out. And it's so frustrating because what good can she do if she can't even remember part of her own life?]

[Have a Fang leaning against a tree, arms crossed over her chest and foot tapping in annoyance.

Yeah, she's not amused. For a certain tune is following her around, non-stop, mocking her.]

Oh, screw off, Animus.

[A few more moments of the lyrics and Fang growls, picking up a piece of rubble laying around before she throws it somewhere off-screen. It's impossible to tell where the piece went, but Fang's got a good arm. Maybe she hit her target.

That'd be nice.]

I hope that hit you in the eye! And if it didn't, I still plan on finding you and stabbing you.

[Look who's chilling in a tree near her tree pod. Yep, that's Fang. And she makes sitting on a tree branch high above the ground look easy, graceful, even. Leave it to the questionably mad person to be good at this sort of dangerous thing.]

Relax, people. That jungle last week was a piece of cake. Besides, no one died, right?

[She smiles slightly and makes an amused noise in her throat, tilting her head to one side.]

That's right, boys and girls. Nothin' to get your panties in a twist over.

Focus 006 - [Accidental Video]

[The feed turns on to show Fang standing in her room, which is nothing out of the ordinary, except for the dirt and blood on her arms, some of which is her own. Her l'Cie brand, however, is untouched, even if one slice seems to have gone right through it. After a moment, she sighs and drops down onto her bed, reaching to the nightstand for a washcloth and water. Her face is also a little dirty, with a few smudges on her cheek and forehead.

And so she begins to silently wipe away the grime, barely grimacing when her small wounds are revealed. They're nothing she can't handle, though. Fang has been through so much worse.

Fang's lost Vanille before, too. but that sort of wound will never heal as easily.

Once she's done wiping away the remnants of her time in the Wastes, she lays the dirty cloth on the nightstand and runs a hand through her unruly hair. Again, she doesn't move for a few moments, but she chances a glance upward and sees that the PCD is recording. Growling, she quickly picks it up and throws it at the wall.

A quick blur of the room is seen before the feed shuts off suddenly.]

[Fang is laying on her back on her bed, wearing nothing but her short, black top that doubles as a bra, and her black boy shorts. Is she trying to tempt someone? Maybe. Fang is Fang.

Or is it laundry day? That may be more accurate. That sari doesn't wash itself.

So with one leg bent at the knee, she balances her other leg on that thigh, showing off so much olive skin in the process, but she doesn't seem to mind. Knowing full well she's being recorded, Fang looks sideways to the PCD and smirks, before picking up one of the animal tails that usually hangs on her belt. She outstretches her arm above her head, letting the tail dangle beyond the edge.]

Arthur, it's been so long since I've last visited my cousin. Do you miss me?

[ooc: As far as I know, Fang has Vanille for a sister and Arthur as her cousin...while she's possibly been disowned for questionable sanity issues~ If I'm wrong or missing someone, let me know!]

So it's this Valentine's Day nonsense today, right? Hmph. Sounds silly, if you ask me. If you can make special days for common sense stuff, then perhaps we ought to have a holiday for eating breakfast or...or hell, sleeping in on weekends or something.

Whatever. If you wanna do something, then do it. I can't stop ya.

[And yet, Vanille will find, on her bed, a stuffed bear and some carnations in the window. Fang's not celebrating this holiday, nope. Not at all.

...But she actually is. Shh.]

[Fang holds up one of the cheap keychains her team "won" from the snowball fight. Except she's staring incredulously at it.]

What the hell does this do?

[She squishes it a few times, still frowning. And then chucks it blindly behind her.]

That was pointless. Right, anyway. Vanille, how much exploring have you done of the city? I may know of a place that might interest you.

Focus 001 - [Accidental Video]

[A worried face appears on the screen, though it is also jostled about, as if the woman doesn’t know she has just turned on the PCD. Maybe she’s another person who doesn’t know technology so well. Frowning, she huffs and lets her arm fall to her side, the camera blocked by her hand.]

Damnit. Vanille! Vanille, where the hell are you?

[But she is greeted with silence.]

Light? Snow? Anybody?

[Again, silence, but this time she growls and throws the PCD down, the view settling half-buried in the snow.]

Damn fal’Cie. If this is another test, I’m out! I don’t have time for your games!

[And now, a little fuzzy bunny sniffs the PCD, seemingly unafraid of the angry woman nearby. Quickly, it hops away, out of sight, but we are soon greeted with a cry and some sounds of a struggle. A few moments later, the bunny is seen again, thrown this time. Only its white fur is marred by bright crimson. And it doesn’t move anymore.

Booted feet follow not long after, along with a red spear point. It pokes the bunny once, then twice, then the spear swings back and hits the bunny one more time, sending it flying offscreen. The woman then picks up the PCD again, still looking at it in confusion.]

What the hell have I gotten myself into?
