Hey there, I’m Sanaz!
I’ve always been fascinated how the food we eat is affecting our happiness and long-term health. For over a decade, I worked as an award-winning science journalist for national TV in Germany, I produced documentaries and reported on air. My focus: medicine, health, nutrition. I learned how to read studies, how to evaluate new developments and scientific findings – and how to translate these findings for people who just want to know: How can I help my body become and stay healthy?
I was born in Teheran and moved to Germany when I was a little kid. My mom showed me how to cook and I love trying new recipes from all over the world. Together with you, I want to explore how we can live healthy while eating delicious meals that don’t take long to prepare.
