Rob Williams

Rob Williams has over 35 years of experience in operations management, project and construction management, business development, quality assurance, and power generation. He serves as Manager of the Engineering Department personnel requirements for the company, including staffing resource allocation and general personnel issues. He manages contract administration and insurance responsibilities for several of Samuel’s significant clients.

Rob has a proven track record of supervising large teams in diverse industries through an effective leadership style and strong technical management skills.

Rob is a certified Project Management Professional and serves as project manager for government, renewable energy, and EPC projects. Rob also manages the personnel activities of the Engineering Department and oversees the company’s contract administration duties.
