Microsoft has put in place a nice looking, easy to maintain training portal for your users around Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, Teams, Power Apps …etc.).<\/p>\n

The content of the training playlists is the official content. Please bear in mind that you can’t change this content or the order of material. However, you can add content to your library, by the mean of creating training pages or link to external resources.<\/p>\n

The beauty of this learning center, is that you can include additional training material from your organization or from other sources, such as Pluralsight.<\/p>\n

How to deploy Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways in your organization ?<\/h2>\n

It is easy to deploy the training center within your tenant, simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. First, you need to have an App catalogue in your tenant. If you did not deploy one already, please check Distribute business apps using the App Catalog – SharePoint – SharePoint in Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Docs<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to Provision a new learning pathways solution | Microsoft Docs<\/a>, and chose add to your tenant (You need to be already logged to your tenant, and have sufficient permissions to deploy it)

  3. Provide the site details and click deploy
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Once your learning center deployed, navigate to this last, from here you can check the content, customize it or add your custom material.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"\"<\/a>How to hide unnecessary material ?<\/h2>\n

    You can decide to hide certain sections of your learning pathway. For example, if your organization does not use yammer, you can hide this section by following these steps:<\/p>\n

    From the MLP webpart, click on the top right cog icon (settings), which will take you to the following page:<\/p>\n

    From this page, you can show\/hide existing topics, playlist or content. Please remember<\/a> that the default content (Office365 products) can’t be customized. You will have to create your own pages and embed the MLP webpart, filtered by topic or product, and add your custom content if needed.<\/p>\n

    The user interface is simple to navigate around, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with the admin side of the MLP.<\/p>\n
