new layout, new affiliate, just newness!

I fully admit I've let my mod duties fall to the wayside due to RL, but improvement and the return of challenge and discussion posts are on the way!

In the meantime, took me eons, but we have a snazzy new layout--> sam_ruby!

As well as a new affiliate--> supportsamruby!
