Nestled in the highly sought-after Aska Adventure Area, The Grounding Lodge is a private, wellness-themed mountain cabin just outside of Blue Ridge, Georgia.
The Grounding Lodge offers true mountain seclusion with treetop forest views while still being just minutes from everything downtown Blue Ridge has to offer — restaurants, shops, events, and family activities.
Step outside onto the lower deck, and you’ll find your own dedicated outdoor wellness and recovery space..
• Outdoor gym with adjustable free weights, kettlebells, pull-up and dip station, TRX® suspension system, resistance bands, and workout bench.
2-person outdoor infrared sauna.
The basement game room gives families a place to gather without defaulting to screens.
Also in the basement game room area is a third bedroom with a rare king-over-king bunk bed.
The short on-site walking trail from an old logging road that allows you to weave through the forest down to the nearby creek.
A nearby field where you can catch deer grazing in the mornings and evenings.
Just a couple of miles down the road is the renowned Benton McKay Trailhead. It offers both easy and challenging hiking trails for any experience level.
If you need a quiet place to think or check in on work, there’s an upstairs nook with a standing desk designed specifically for deep work and reading.
You can disconnect completely — or stay lightly connected, as I often do during extended travel.

I created SaltWrap to bring together the most practical ideas in therapeutic sports nutrition, corrective exercise, and functional fitness — with the goal of keeping you (and myself) strong, mobile, and built to last.

I've worked as an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, and nutritional supplement formulator.

But more importantly — I've spent most of my life battling injuries, joint pain, and just being plain beat up. So I know what it's like to struggle toward fitness goals.

SaltWrap is here to push you through injuries, setbacks and perceived physical limitations. To a place beyond what you think you're capable of. Sign up here to stay in the loop.
