Ticketing Information and Prices

• Tickets are sold in-person during our slower seasons, although the museum recommends purchasing online to secure admission.

• Tickets are sold online only in October and are available for purchase at 10:00PM for the following day.

• Click the Purchase Same-Day Tickets box in the upper-right corner of the website to begin the purchasing process.

  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions listed by checking the accept box at the bottom of the page.

• The museum offers presentations every half-hour with a check-in time fifteen minutes listed fifteen minutes before the start. For example, the listed time of 9:45AM is the check-in time for the 10:00AM presentation. Please allow up to one hour for your visit.

• Choose your time wisely as tickets do sell out and the museum will be unable to switch your reservation time or refund your tickets if you arrive late or miss your presentation.

• Upon arrival to the designated check-in area, a staff member will scan your tickets, give you a sticker, and direct you to the ticket-holder’s entrance.

• If you do not see the e-mail with your ticket information, check your spam folder.

• You may need to wait outside on the front plaza before entering the museum for up to fifteen minutes.

• Suitcases and bulky backpacks are not allowed at the museum. Please leave them in your vehicle, check them with your hotel, or check them at the Salem UPS store (closed on Sunday’s) prior to your visit.

The museum is closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and the first two weeks of January for maintenance.
