So, my head seriously feels like someone took a sledge hammer to it which, ow. Serious, serious ow. But! BUT OMG. My heart rate is staying under 80 on its own (hell, under 90 on its own) for the first time, well, since I can remember. It's been awhile, last October at least. Ha! SCREW YOU UNIVERSE. TODAY I WIN. \o/
