Why I created InvestedStack
Month of Home | FreeStack
When I first started writing here, I knew I wanted this to be a space for me to share and others to be able to read in an accessible way.
This was to be a place for you to come to learn, reflect on your personal journey, see yourself more clearly, and reconnect with who and what you are.
This is exactly what FreeStack is.
FreeStack is the place where I share my teachings and reflections, and give you ideas that help support you on your journey.
It is designed to be open and spacious and to meet you exactly where you are in the moment.
But, I also felt called to create something deeper.
A space for those who aren't just interested in reading about embodiment but also desire to put what they read into practice.
This is why I created InvestedStack.
InvestedStack is more intimate. It is experiential and somatic.
In InvestedStack, I share practices that are designed to help you slow down and finally start listening and responding to your body. That is the key to building trust with yourself in real time.
This includes:
Gentle somatic practices
Audio reflections
Video experiences
Nervous system nourishment tools
Journal prompts for deeper integration
These offerings are intentionally simple. They are not mean to overwhelm you. They are meant to support you and be accessible.
FreeStack will always remain a place for learning and reflection.
InvestedStack is where we move from just understanding to full embodiment.
If you're someone who benefits from actually doing the work rather than just reading about it, InvestedStack was created for you.
You're welcome to stay in FreeSTack, or step into InvestedStack when you feel ready.
Both spaces are here to support you on your journey to return to yourself.
