Something Random: SEX DWARF
Yes yes I'm still alive. Aside from being on City of Heroes/Villains and finding a community that just rocks...not much. So onto random

And the original:

Yes I listen to such music. Yes I listen to industrial. Yes I listen to Nine Inch Nails. Yes I'm a sociopath. Yes I'm not supposed to pin myself as such. Yes I'm doing it anyways. Yes I have a stick up my ass. What of it? :|

Cue Berserker Form Theme Song + Gaming news
I stumbled upon this song while listening to a radio station that plays on City of Heroes (Virtue server FYI) and can't help but to pin this as one of Ruiner's theme song...next to Nine Inch Nails' Ruiner.

EXTERMINATE, ANNIHILATE, DESTROY
In other news, I has a Wii nao! Games include Super Smash Bros: Brawl, Pokemon Battle Revolution, Mad World, and No More Heroes. Oh and Pokemon Ranch and Starfox 64 on Virtual Console.
Topped that with City of Heroes...my backlog of games swells two fold. I'll be an old man by the time I finish these games... x_x

I hate Valentines. :|
So I'll just move on to this:

"Here is my obligatory pre-fashioned card for _Vietnamese New Year_ day. Now stop bothering me."
Oh and also for a close friend of mine who's not on LJ but I feel that she's the only female I can truely connect with:
"Be my passive-aggressive object of awkward and unresolved feelings with hinge on my current state of emotion, or else."
...yeah. Maybe I don't deserve a girlfriend as I'm too much of a sociopath...
PS: I'm also listening to this. Kinda reflects my view on women...sorta.

IT'S SNOWING! AGAIN! DX
Good lord. The ice storm yesterday wasn't enough apparently. Now it's snowing like it's no tomorrow! You know what that means? I don't have to go to work today! Although I do have to work Sunday...and tomorrow my workday maybe moved to Monday if the snow keeps up.
So yeah I'm stuck at home with the 'rents. I'm so used to eating out so I have to resort to eating what's around the house. Not much of a choice really...but at least I'm not spending anymore money. Even after paying off car repairs. and after STILL owing tuition...that's gonna be a pain for the next couple of months.
So yeah, this eevee is curling up in his room...moreso than usual as it's a bit cold. Not that I minded as I'm resistant to coldness. I swear I'm better off as a glaceon...

Guess who I'm gonna cosplay as?

Hint#1: He has glasses! :V

Hint#2: He's bishie! :V
*Sigh* Hint#3...and thought I was a weeabo when it came to anime...
This anime...

Yeah, another way of saying that I got a haircut...but it's an idea of what I'll look like when I start to cosplay as said character! I'll give ya three guesses! >:3
But yes things have been going good as of today. Nothing else to report.

Back! Con report!
Good lord my legs hurt...but it's worth it! This time I was doing both Events and Con ops...glad I did both as I was able to attend so many events and help out! Although it felt like I didn't do enough for the Tea parties that happened and the Maid Cafe...but as the Con ops Director said: Presence is a big thing and just being there counts. So basically I was the stray pokemon that kept guard over the con. And know know that THAT means? LOTS and LOTS of walking! I think I lost a few pounds from so much walking and standing! So anyways, here's how it ran down day by day
Day 1
Arrvied around 10AM as the Events Director wanted to hold a meeting on how things would go down. Glad I did too as I was up to speed and got to know Elise as well as Cisco the partner of the Con Ops Director Robert. After a sausage and biscuit downed with Goji juice I got down to the first order of business:
Opening Ceremonies
Before that I was able to meet Vic Mignogna. Yes, THAT Vic! You know, the guy who did Ed in Full Metal Alchemist and Tamaki in Ouran Host Club? I got him to sign my staff badge...which gave me the motivation to get the rest of the guests to sign my staff badge. The stories in which he's a friendly nice guy...they're true. It's all true. He also loves our con because the attendees at the first con were in his words "Well behaved and wonderful". Comes to show that not all anime fans are crazy....
The opening ceremonies started with a nice intro movie...with the Ouran Host Club owner Tamaki (The blonde-haired bishie) doing the talking. It wasn't later until the movie ended in which...Vic was voicing Tomoki. That...blew my mind as I wasn't aware of this. Either the event psyched me up for the con as I moved on to the next event:
Human Pokemon Tournament
Nothing fancy. Just dodgeball with beanbags. It was me as my espeon gijinka and a pervy Kakashi vs. a Team Rocket grunt (who's also a friend of mine) and her skunky. Man...that fight was hilarious! Kakashi was quite comedian with the bawdy humor...sadly he had to keep it PG-13...but Naruto and Sasuke!? :o (Note to self: Take pictures of me doing the face...)
But yeah, Team Rocket was epic fail due to my dodging skills and my best sleight-of-hand skills I could muster. Throwing accurately also helped! I think we were going for comedic entertainment as the crowd was laughing hysterically at Kakashi's perverted humor "Sexual Harassment attack!" "Fui!?" "Erm...ummm...Psychic attack!" "FUI!" "Fui, use Swift while doing Thriller!" "Fui! Use Signal Beam but with the Napoleon Dynamite dance!" (Missed on that one...) "Fui! Use Signal Beam like a little girl!" *Cue girly pose then girly toss* "...you also throw like a girl!" *Cue limp wrist* Sadly I couldn't say anything but "Fui!" being a pokemon and all. Ultimately I won and Team Rocket was blasting off again. Then the kicker...kicked in; Kakashi and I were to fight the Judge and her Pikachu. Needless to say I got stomped and the final blow...was a beanbag to my crotch. Fortunately the impact was absorbed by my clothes BUT I decided to sell it by faking the injury and falling over only to pass out. "Well, he won't be breeding anytime soon!" quiped Kakashi which got the audience laughing once again. Despite losing and being asked if I was ok we did win prizes. Even though the grunt lost I decided to let her have the pokemon figurines while Kakashi got the yoyos. My prize: A booster pack of pokemon cards. I don't do TCG but I'm keeping it as a con trophy anyways. That and the entire experience was a riot!
Next was switching to my umbreon gijinka outfit and best black suit...only to watch the door to the Ouran Tea Party door. After a bit I was sucked into the Ballroom dancing lessons to learn to dance for the Masquerade Ball. Yes, I learned how to waltz, do box step, and a bit of salsa. After that the ball started and I actually danced with one of my fellow staff members! Never knew that ballroom dancing could be so fun! After a bit of dancing and wearing myself out we decided to step out and just chat only to adjourn and head on home for the night. Wow...so much energy...and this was only the first day!
Day 2
Elise called me just as I was shopping for my morning juice to down and keep me going; she needed milk for the Saturday morning Cartoons and cereal event. How fortunate that I happened to be the right place at the right time as I got what's needed and made me way over. It wasn't until later in the day that I was reimbursed for buying the milk as I kept getting caught up in Con Ops business but that'll a bit later...
Vic Mignogna
I had to attend this as I missed the previous session. Mostly a Q&A but the answers he gave were quite insightful. That and I got to know him more and cementing the fact that he really is a nice guy! Who said that nice guys finish last? He managed to score his role in Tamaki even as he pined for the role! And of course after that was finished...
Vic Autographs
This time I brought my Persona 3 FES case with instruction booklet as I failed to bring it so he could sign it; he did the role of Junpei. Long line but I was more than willing to wait! And of course I just had to know a friend who's a squeeing fangirl. What are the odds?
After achieving that and a bit of downtime for R&R, it was time to have Trina Nishmura sign my badge and having to chat with her after the line died down. Also got Brina Palencia to sign it which left one more guest to sign the badge. After all of that was had...we were met with a crisis of sorts:
Reibu: The Dub
Yes, Cisco got the Con ops together so we could see what we can do to watch over the Reibu (japanese for 'rave' and we can't call it a rave as it gives bad conotations) as well as secure the entrance and rear doors to prevent unsavory characters and drunks from entering the con. A tense meeting but I don't blame him as he used to be a firefighter and security. He pretty much gave a "Hold the Line" speech before he broke and dug our heels in for the long haul...as for me...I got lucky as I had to do these following events:
Guest Dinner
Yes, an excuse to eat well during the con while chatting with the guests. Which led to my fourth and final signature for my badge. Yeah...I'll be making this a tradition to have my staff badge signed by all the guests...hey, why not? It's an anime con and the big wigs in the anime come on over to partake in the fun for the fans! It's a reasonable achievement! Not only did I get full I also got to know the people at my table! Didn't get to dine with Vic but that's ok as the fangirls that were there got a chance to and had a blast!
Zodiac Tea Party
A Fruits Basket themed tea party...boy did I feel out of place! A stray pokemon in a rather rambunctious tea party in which if someone of the zodiac is hugged by someone of the opposite sex, they're turned into the animal associated with them? And so many fangirls! Man the fangirl in my head was squeeing just as much as when I was attending Vic's events! That and the band on my umbreon ears was getting to me; I had to take some meds for the headache that I managed to get! Still it was fun to watch while scampering about and cleaning up after the guests and helping out with the little things. Although I can't help but to feel like I didn't do enough to help...even as I had to sleep for the night...at my home not at the con. Yeah...imagine a stray pokemon passed out somewhere at an anime convention...
Day 3
The final day...all good things have to come to an end and what has ended is rebirthed into something grander...that's what Stan (Guest Relations Director and acting Head Director) said at the closing ceremonies. I've gone a bit ahead of myself but I couldn't help it. I don't think I did much besides wander around and making sure things were ok. Although I did help out as much as I could at the maid cafe then watched the History of Anime and Con horror stories panels. After that...closing ceremonies. Hate to say goodbye to the con but all the fun and memories made...was well worth having to leave. Well not without the Dead Dog party to be had as a big thank you for being staff. Still full even as I write this...but it was well worth it.
In conclusion...what have we learned?
1) Squeeing fangirls are LOUD!
2) People love fuzzy things. Especially my espeon ears and tail!
3) Perverted humor makes everything better.
4) Smiles go for miles! YOOMTAH~
Believe it or not, I said that during the Dead Dog party. Minus the YOOMTAH.
5) There's never a stronger word for the staff of the con as Nakama
Note to self: paste more TV tropes links later...
In the meantime...curious_nono, this is for you! >:3

BRB Izumicon
I'll fill you in on what I'm doing there. Mostly staff stuff as Con Ops and Special events. I will be wearing espeon and umbreon ears and tail and acting out my aspects as well they are pieces of my personality. I just won't be as much as an asshole as Delfeng as I'll either be very quiet or simply scowling when I can.
Due to the 24hr nature of the con however I'll be notably absent from the net as I'll be either be at the con or sleeping...yes I do sleep during con time as I live 15 minutes away from it and I can just go home to sleep and recharge. Although right now I am running on 4-5 hours of sleep...but I'm quite restless so yeah...
I will be taking pics of myself in my gijinka gear soon enough. Just be patient!
Edit: Eh, screw it. Here's some pics I took while we were setting up stuff. That and I promised curious_nono that I'd post pics. I'll have more full bodied ones during the con.

Why WoW?

One rainy day, some food, and a beer later...
...my birthday got better. Yes today marks my birthday...I'm 27 now. I would feel old but thanks to my friends that turned around. About time as my previous birthdays were dismal and me question my life constantly. Yeah my life could be better but eh the pressures of survival can wait; I want to feel good even if it's only for tonight.
And normally I wouldn't enjoy this beer but with the positive feelings in me, it's tasting better with each sip. Now if only I can get hard limades this would be better...
*Holds up his can* Cheers!

I don't draw; just doing this for hilarity's sake
1. Comment and I'll pick two of your LJ interests and draw you a picture, using the mighty MS Paint.
2. You have no say in what I draw you! Or in how much it will suck! (And believe me, it WILL.)
3. Put this in your journal. And the pic someone drew for you.

PFFFFFFTTTTTT~
I loled! XD
Thanks to kompy for this!
...I just thought of something: this would be eerily accurate if only the rings were blue instead of yellow. Oh well, Kompy's pic not mine. :P

Busting never felt so good...
Yes, I has a copy of Ghostbusters: The Video Game! :V
I feel like I'm finally realizing my childhood dream of becoming a ghostbuster! It's hard work...but hell is it fun! If only my 360 controller had some sort of rumble feature so I can feel the ghosts struggling but even without it, I can still feel it tug away at my capture stream! (Really folks, it's a mental thing! Just concentrate on the game and if you really get into the game, you'll feel it as much as I can!)
I do have to admit there are some parts that are hard but if you keep at it like a true Ghostbuster, it'll be worth it. I dunno how far I am into the game but I'm enjoying every minute of it! I'm so glad I reserved it...although I now want the PC version so I can play online with my friends!
So...who ya gonna call? ;3

Towel Day party
...well ok it wasn't exactly Towel Day but it's an excuse to go out and party with the local furries. Yes you heard me; I actually went out to be a furry for once. Not a lifestyler but my "hobby" counts.
Anyways, I had fun despite the fact that when I got there I only know two of them. That and I arrived just in time when they departed for Lake Thunderbird so I was able to follow them. Of course there was a bit of fiasco when I got there; they thought they lost me when I was there! Now THAT is ninja skills, yo! And this is in my car too! XD
After I was accounted for we got together so we could get to know each other. Only new furs I remember off the top of my head was Pat the Dog, Skyler, Clay(more), and Warner. The others I...didn't remember right. So sorry guys! But I had fun hanging out with whoever showed up! Hell I was even pounced, tickled, and unfed!
(Note: Don't worry folks, I wasn't really raped! It was all for fun!)
There was one issue that did rise up during the event: Taking one of the furs home so he wouldn't be late for class tomorrow. I voulenteered to do so...but an hour before that I had a vodka laced drink that I conjured by myself. I was still affected by the vodka as jugularjaguar AKA Draconis observed so he got Pat to do it. Normally I would be erked but I did realize later that it was best for me to sit it out and I'm quite grateful that Draconis didn't let me out into the road as I would've been pulled over and arrested for drinking under the influence; that vodka hit me harder than I realized. So thank you Draconis for looking out for us and I do apologize for letting ya down by drinking more.
Sadly it had to end thanks to curfew; at least the Park Ranger that notified us early and we had to dump the booze; of course we drank it all so he couldn't bust us for that. That I'm also thankful of as I didn't want to pay the $300 fine for having alcohol out in public. They regrouped at an IHOP while I headed home. Wow 45 minutes to get back home...bit long but it was worth it! I haven't that much fun since Izumicon!
Which reminds me...I wonder if I can make the drive to Oklacon...it'd be probably one day only though...

Gamers labeled as Sexual Preadators?
http://kotaku.com/5172152/mainstream-media-animal-crossing-mayor-could-be-a-sexual-predator
Ummm...yeah. As we gamers had enough with Jack Thompson...now we deal with this crock of bull shit! It's like suddenly "ZOMG GAMERS ARE SEX FIENDS! GRAB YOUR TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS! WE'RE GOING WITCH HUNTING!"...of course you could say that I want the world to suddenly do that. Yanno the torches and the chasing and the pitchforks. You seen the Simpsons Movie? If you did you would probably know what I'm talking about in its entirety.
But anyways yeah lies to promote Paranoia and whatnot. IF you truly believed that AND you think that I'm a sexual predator now because I'm a gamer, then I got a bridge to sell you. Lord knows I need the money...
