The new software update of Rynga with version number 4.08 build 636 crashes all the time in Windows 7, 64. Uninstalling and new installing wouldn't help. The previous version worked without problems. Be careful and don't update. Is there any way that I could download the previous version again?
Rynga is a big scam. Don't trust Rynga - they don't have a good customer service to report your problem so they can do whatever they want. They will charge from your account adding some call charges and you don't even know. If you complain about that wrong charges they will disable your account. So there is no guarantee for your money. Scam!
In our product evaluations we tested Bomgar's software. We really liked the software and it's capabilies along with the support team. Overall the software was just too expensive for our needs. I would suggest this software for a large company. For a mid to small company it is rather expensive.
It had more features that I really use during a typical support session. That can be nice but it seems we were paying for more than we needed. Again a larger company may find these really useful.
The internet is full of this type of software but this is one of the best I`ve ever tried.
