The Cloud Native Design Patterns course provides a comprehensive overview of the various design patterns prevalent in cloud native systems. Day one of Cloud Native Design Patterns provides an overview of the cloud native ecosystem and the key software engineering aspects of cloud native systems. The introduction is followed by a look at the principal patterns used in microservice communications, connectivity and composition, wrapping up with an in-depth look at cloud native data models and application data management patterns. Day two of Cloud Native Design Patterns carries on examining event sourcing and other driven architecture patterns, stream processing patterns, API patterns and rounds out the day with a look at migration patterns that address the needs of brownfield environments.
