Pictures : A 2017 shot of a Western Tanager, at my birdbath. I forget what year it was I started hauling my birdbath around while out RVing, but it sure was a big attraction for birds. It has a about a one foot stand and is easy to transport, and adds a lot to my boon-docking spots in the woods.

Pictures : Love the horns on this one. I was born and raised around cattle, but the horns would not near this long on the cattle I was around as a kid. I was parked in Rock Hound State Park near Deming, NM and these cattle were grazing in the desert.

Pictures : Lately I have just been going to my Flickr account and picking a random photo to re-post each day. Today I picked page 17 and then just picked one I thought maybe I would like to re-post. I like this one, but have no memory of making it, it is titled un-named stack, so maybe it is a stack .. maybe not, I am not sure. I’m sure if I really wanted to remember, I could look at the post date then look back in my blog and maybe figure it out, but I’ll just let my mind have a little mystery. At any rate, I kinda liked the results.

I have been enjoying a visit with a friend of my from back east. So good to have friends visit, they are running in short supply at my age! He has been around a couple of days now, but will be off to Illinois tomorrow.
Yesterday, we jump in my old truck and took a trip to Las Cruces and I bought up a little bit of lumber from Home Depot and another home improvement place(Sutherlands). So I’ll be able to make sawdust for a little while.
At any rate I have been chugging by just fine, and to tell you the truth, I am feeling like doing a few more things now that the lines to the heart are open up a bit. The stents are really helping. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not likely to run any foot races anytime soon but I do feel much better.
