Rue du Dindon is a micro-moonshine distillery for absinthe that started in Amsterdam Noord and branched out to Rotterdam. In 2017 writer Dirk Vis and designer Edgar Walthert started a journey of researching and refining their own spin on this mysterious spirit. They shared their results writing a private newsletter, and selling small editions of unique absinthes to subscribers only. Since their collaboration with Oedipus Brewing in 2024, the formerly private newsletters have been made public.
