How to use Photoshop inside ChatGPT.

No one told you ChatGPT just got its most important update.

So I will.

Here’s what you will master at the end of this guide:

  1. How to access your favorite app inside ChatGPT.

  2. How to build your own app right inside ChatGPT.

  3. My 2026 plan for ChatGPT + the App revolution.

1. Access your favorite app inside ChatGPT.

This silent update is changing ChatGPT, an 800 million weekly users app.

What is it? The most popular apps, right inside your ChatGPT.

Let’s take Photoshop as an example.

Step 1: Go to ChatGPT.

Go to your ChatGPT settings. Find your apps & add your favorites.

Bottom left > Settings.

Go to Apps > Add more.

Here’s the full list (I bolded my favorite ones):

✦ Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Express

Adobe Acrobat

Booking.com

Canva

Coursera

Expedia

✦ Figma

Peloton

Spotify

Apple Music

DoorDash

Instacart

Tripadvisor

Zillow

✦ Dropbox

✦ Google Drive

SharePoint

GitHub

HubSpot

Target

OpenTable

Uber

Step 2: How to activate apps.

It’s actually so simple. You just… type the name of the tool (and hit the space bar).

I made a video:

Step 3: Push it to its limits.

I once again tried it with Photoshop to see how far I could go.

So here’s my prompting tips for best results:

✦ Be clear and specific about what you want.

✦ If you do not want a certain color or style, say so.

✦ Add extra details to get the exact look you need.

✦ Work step-by-step. Focus on one effect at a time.

I made (another) video to show you the ‘how’:

These companies are big, multi-billion-dollar ones (Adobe, Dropbox, Uber…).

I even shared how big it will be back in October (here on Linkedin).

But you’re missing the big picture: OpenAI opened this to everyone.

Yes, you and I can build an app INSIDE ChatGPT, to connect with 800 million users. Here’s how (in the next section).

2. Build your own app right inside ChatGPT.

And I have to say, I’m impressed. It works:
