This plugin has the huge advantage for you that you no longer need to include the fees of your payment providers into your products.
You also can add fees to product categories, which automatically get applied to shopping cart and checkout.

Extract payment-fees-for-woocommerce.zip
Upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu on WordPress
