New Functionality and Enhancements

  • Time Keeping has received several new features
    • We’ve added the Add/Edit column modal so the displayed columns can now be customized for inclusion/exclusion, order and size.
    • We’ve added the Activity bar from Assignments as a new column option
    • We’ve added a new “Show Pay Week Hours” toggle that will display the cumulative hours in parenthesis next to the daily hours in the Payroll Hours column.
      • You can change the start of the pay week by editing the “PAY_WEEK_START” system setting
  • A new Claim.MD clearinghouse submission option is now available in EDI billing
  • Client Trip History has been redesigned with the following changes:
    • If a trip is part of a repeat series, you will see a new calendar graphic within the status block
    • A new column has been added to include Assignment and Need information
    • A new Copy Trip button has been added after the Edit Trip button
    • The scheduled (selected) stop (PU or DO) will now be indicated by a caret arrow and the day of the week will be listed before the date, e.g.:

Pickup: Tue 3/24/2026 8:30AM

> Dropoff: Tue 3/24/2026 9:00AM

  • A new “Customer Invoices” link has been added under the user menu in the top right for users that have Company permissions.

Fixes

  • A fix for the MTM Relay EDI export was made to resolve a scenario that was producing an unexpected error
