We use quality suppliers for sheeting and cladding materials and can install single skin or built-up sheeting, insulated composite panels, low-pitch standing seam and concealed fix systems. These systems can be provided with many substrates and finishes including plain or colour coated aluminium and colour coated steel.

We are specialists in asbestos-cement removal and oversheeting systems using materials to comply with current Building Regulations.

New Composite Panel Roof and Walls in Kent

Kingspan composite panels have been installed to provide the new roof and walls to this terrace of commercial units in Kent. The composite panels incorporate QuadCore insulation which complies with Building Regulations. The underside of the panel is finished with a bright white colour finish, so no need for internal decoration.

Roof Replacement in Hampshire

RoofTech have completed the replacement of an old asbestos cement roof covering using Kingspan composite panels. This has provided a new guaranteed roof covering with thermal and fire performance to comply with Building Regulations. The internal environment has been transformed with the new Kingspan white internal lining and new rooflight layout.

Building Transformation in Hertfordshire

This unit in Hertfordshire was in need of a major facelift before our customer could move in.

The asbestos-cement pitched roof was replaced using Kingspan insulated composite panels and all vertical elevations were clad using trapezoidal profile sheeting in colours to compliment the client’s corporate image.
