Mrs. Nelson is a seasoned sales and business leader with over 20 years of proven success driving growth, innovation, and excellence. She built her own million-dollar wedding business from the ground up and consistently achieved top-tier results at Schering-Plough Pharmaceutical, demonstrating her expertise in sales, strategy and team leadership. Since joining ROMTech, Mrs. Nelson has excelled in multiple leadership roles, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Manager of social media. Today, as Director of Patients Service Revenue , she plays a pivotal role in expanding ROMTech’s programs, elevating patient satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in launching new pilots and exploring innovative treatment indications, helping ROMTech continue its mission of improving patient care. Mrs. Nelson currently resides in Michigan with her husband and six children (wow!). She started with ROMTech in June of 2025. As of this writing, she is 53 years old. She works 50 hours per week on average for ROMTech.
