Membership Requirements<\/h2>

We welcome both individuals and organisations who are committed to advancing disability rights and the social model of disability. Whether you are a Disabled Person, an ally, or a representative of a Disabled People\u2019s Organisation, your voice matters here.<\/p>

To join ROFA as an individual, you should identify as Disabled or be working in solidarity with the Disabled community. Organisations must be led by Disabled people, operate in England, and support our mission for equality and inclusion.<\/p>

Applicants are expected to uphold our values, participate in alliance activities, and share a commitment to challenging discrimination. We may ask for a brief statement about your motivation, as well as basic details about your background or your organisation\u2019s structure.<\/p>
