Tutorial OO1 Gee gee gee gee baby baby baby

This tutorial should work for light pictures, or pictures with a lot of white in the background. I usually find them pretty empty.

1.
Crop your base. Auto contrast, auto color, auto levels, sharpen

2.
Copy your baselayer and set it onto "screen" 100%.

3.
Adjustment layer: Color & Saturation. Set "Saturation" to +24.

4.
Adjustment layer: levels: red 0/1,00/182

5.
Adjustment layer: Solid color: #e2c4d7 fill: 43% "Soft Light"

6.
Adjustment layer: Solid color #0e003d fill 69% on "Exclusion"

7.
Now use this texture by bambinainnero and set it onto color burn.

8.
Now use this texture by my_givenchy and set it onto soft light.

9.
Now use this texture by silverqe and set it onto screen.

10.
Last texture, I promise! Use this texture by probot and set it onto screen. Move it so you just accentuate the spot you think looks good. Otherwise it might be too much.

11.
Now for the text. Use an elipse vector form and pull it over the area you would want the text to be around. For e.g.: Hyoyeon's head. Make sure it uses no style, means its transparent. Now grab your text tool and click onto the rim of the elipse, type your text. You might have to play around with size, letter spacing, and maybe turning it to the one or other side. Find out what you like best. The text used in the icon is "superpoint rounded".

For referance:

Same technique just left out the textures and added a light blue layer on color burn. Levels not on 182 on red but around 214.
