Hello world, to anyone who may remember me. I have wonderful friends here that I have just abandoned, not because I really wanted to. So I want to say a few things.
Around Christmas time, I was assaulted in a grocery store parking lot. I was gravely injured, life lighted, and am lucky to still be living. I have been in physical therapy since then. To say it is a nightmare is no way close to covering it. As a mother of three, I had to hang on, although much of the time I didn't want to. Through all of this, I still have my Dean, Cas, and Sam. The strangest thing about it is, I could hardly allow myself to think about them, because they are so everything to me *silly fangirl, proud of it* And I have such a self hatred that I felt like I didn't deserve to feel good. Does this make any sense to anyone? I punish myself for an attack that was in no way my fault. The mind and heart are so mysterious.
So, I do not want to feel sorry for myself, that does no one good. I wanted to let you all know, I am sorry to have been so far from you. I am doing a bit better, and I am trying to be closer to my family and friends again. I am reading again, and it makes me feel so good, (fluffy, angsty, porny, ALL of it!!!) And i really thank God for Supernatural, and you all. I will be trying to get to know you again, and hope someone still has patience and affection for me.
And, in my old traditional way, I have to give you a fic rec!!! LOL. This is a Goodbye Stranger perspective. It is breathtaking, if you have time, READ it. You will never be disappointed.

Trying something new

I feel the need to just come to my journal and say, What the Fuck. Screw you Supernatural, you have officially done me in with this episode. I wanted our boys to work things out, yes, but NOT for Benny to go Adios, and CAS, omg my BB CAAASSSS what are they doing to you. I feel like puking. Everything hurts. Alfie is dead, by Cas's hands. Cas has been tortured.
Why can't we enjoy the boys being together again, without the absolute PAIN and sorrow of everything else that is happening?
I need fic. Lots of happy everyone is ok fic.
Guh.
Oh on a side note, buh bye Amelia. You won't be missed. Sorry, that whole arc did not do a thing for me.

I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday!! Mine was overflowing with blessings, I love my family, my kids, so very much.
However, setting up said kid's ipads ipods and such, is way more time consuming and aggravating then the assembly of toys when they were younger. I did not think this was possible!
Ran across this tonight, I'd never seen it, I love it!!! GABRIEL!!! I shall never let him go!

Hello world *peers out* I haven't been out to play much, there's been alot going on personally for me. My Dad had a HA about 2 weeks ago, thank God he's recovering, but it's been pretty rough.
Also, my oldest son, Keenan, has been in the playoffs for his senior year, a very exciting time! Recently we had senior night, where each player walks the field with his parent and gets his picture taken. it was such a special night, and he told me how much he loved me and how grateful for everything he is, and lemme tell ya, this is not something my kiddo says often. So it was precious. He was very tearful about the ending of his football years in HS, and how much it has meant to him. Again, he's not one to show that, so it made it so bittersweet. I'm so fearful of what his future holds. he hates school, says he wants to go into the military, and that just frightens me.
This past weekend, my brother and sister in law, and their kids came up. This was a joyful event, b/c they have been separated for quite some time. It really has torn their family, and our whole family to bits. My neice and neph are 6 and 2, it's been hard. My neice Mady, especially, (6) she screams and cries every single day for her Dad, (my brother) b/c my sister in law had to move out, and the kids went w her. Not to say my brother didn't see them every day, it was not that kind of dispute, but you know, for a kid, it's a whole new world, and just seeing your Dad after living with him, is hard. for all of them. Anyway, this weekend, seems like they are going to try, and it's a blessing. We don't get to see them often, they live pretty far from us, so it's always great when they are here. I love being Auntie Robyn to Madelyn, and On Roby to Logan, lol. They are precious.
So, anyhow, that' what's been up with me, if anyone is listening LOL!

In my mailbox tonight, an update in the dean cas comm, blew my mind. It's a leaving purg fic, has some Benny, and is astonishingly gorgeous with dean and Cas allowing themselves to love eachother. it is the stuff I live on, for sure. This is so what I want canon to be, so, *snaps Gabriel fingers* it is! Please please do yourself a favor and read it. And leave tons of love for the author. Let her know I sent ya if you think of it, b/c I want her to know how knockout gorgeous her work is!

Just wanted to say hi. Just finished Gishwhes, although I am sad to say, I didn't do much. My Dad had a heart attack Friday, so most of my time was spent there.

Some of the best "Supernatural" episodes have explored time travel -- and this season, they're taking a new angle on the classic genre. This time, though, it's not Sam and Dean doing the decade-hop.

In episode 812, titled "As Time Goes By," we'll see a cult forming in 1958. The anti-demonic group has good intentions, as does Henry, a rookie member who joins the cult with the intention of protecting his 7-year-old son.

Described as "Robert Downey Jr. meets Cary Grant," Henry is dapper, smart, and considerably cocky... until he rips open a time portal and finds himself hurtled into 2013, where he's a little off his game. He doesn't time-travel alone, though. He's followed through the portal by 28-year-old Josie Sands, a sexy, strong Katharine Hepburn type... with a secret.

Needless to say, when Sam and Dean happen upon the time travelers in their hunt for a bloodthirsty demon, shenanigans ensue. Not to mention -- Henry's son would be 62 at this point, and we'd certainly expect him to factor in somehow.

If you recall, the Winchesters have time travel happen in a few different ways. While it's usually been the result of angel interference, they also confronted Father Time himself in a Season 7 episode.

ETA: Best. News. Ever. Fan favorite Felicia Day is returning to "Supernatural" to reprise her role of Charlie Bradbury in episode 811, "LARP and The Real Girl." As we previously revealed, the episode dives into the fandom underworld of live-action roleplaying. It's a concept the show has explored before in "The Real Ghostbusters," an episode that takes place at a "Supernatural" convention.

Executive producer Jeremy Carver tells us that this time, they're looking at LARPing from a different perspective. "We will be doing an episode that deals pretty heavily with the LARPing universe, different in a way that we've dealt with in the past," he says.

In addition to the highly anticipated return of Charlie, the brave geek-hacker who won over fans last year, we'll also meet Gerard, a LARPer who prefers to be referred to as an "interactive literaturist." He goes a little too far with his fascination with a medieval-style game... and, of course, things don't end well.

I am sick to my stomach. This interview literally kicked me in the feels, in the fangirl. If this is really how the show is doing things, if this is really the "new" Sam, then I officially hand in my Sam!girl card. I don't want to offend anyone,honest, and I don't want to fight anyone. Everyone their own opinions. But for me, I just hate this. While the Destiel fangirl in me is excited that we may actually get some validation for that relationship this season, it certainly does not make up for the reason I fell for the show, that is to say, THE BOYS. The brotherhood, the love, the dynamics of family. The fact that Sam just basically says "hey, I love you but, I'm over you. I'm over it. No hard feelings. I gotta do me". Wow, sorry, that is not the Sam I knew, and definitely not the Winchester way. I know Show is trying to mature them, and rightfully so after 8 years, but this? No, no, I just don't think so. Growth is good, but OUTgrowing your brother? And that Jared, my beloved Padapuppy, feels that Sam is the "adult" in the relationship?? Since when is it the adult thing to do to "get over" your brother? Jared's description leaves me cold. Sam doesn't even seem to particularly care that Dean has PTSD. Sam just apparently wants to move on, and get on with life, maybe see Dean at Christmas. Or maybe not even then, maybe just send a card.
Sorry, I'm on a tear. I'm very angry, and unhappy. I think this may very well mark the day that I become a Dean!girl. Never thought I'd see the day where I lost love for Sam.
Actually, I am just happy to be a Cas!girl, and a Misha!girl first and foremost. Somehow, I'm always able to stay on that boat solidly, lol.
Pfft. Jared, Show, Sam what are you doing to me?
