Custom Workflow Buildouts
Need help mapping out your team’s workflows in ProcessCoach or have something a little more complicated?
We’ll teach you how to use ProcessCoach on your own, or our team will build your workflows for you. Tight on time already? Let our team handle the heavy lifting with custom integrations, AI skills, and more. Or do a combination – build simple workflows yourself and leave the more complicated ones to the Robosource team.
We'll take your team through a methodical discovery process, which will include these steps:
Discern Phase
First, we’ll talk with your team about which SOPs automations make sense (ROI-wise) to put development resources into.
Discovery Phase
After learning all about how your run your process manually, our team of experts will remodel your critical business workflows to optimize them for AI and automation opportunities. Now we’re ready to build!
Build Phase
From what we’ve learned in the Discovery Phase, our team will build the workflow in ProcessCoach, optimizing with AI and automation and integrating with software you already use.
Test Phase
Once the build is complete, client tests the play to ensure it fulfills business requirements, with our team tweaking as needed.
Deploy Phase
Now we’ll get the automation live! But not before training your team and helping them work through change management.

Need to educate a larger group of people about AI’s business impact? We are bombarded with contradictory information about AI—exaggerated claims, dystopian warnings, and technical jargon that obscures practical applications. This confusion leads to missed opportunities and misguided strategies as business leaders can’t distinguish between transformative innovations and passing trends. Without clear, accessible insights on how AI actually impacts business operations, we remain caught between hype and hesitation, unable to confidently chart our organization’s technological future.
Jason Beutler can help clear that up through workshops and talks designed to give a business leader confidence in their AI implementation strategies.
