Clinical Psychologist
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, and psychological assessor with a lifelong interest in understanding the human mind. Raised in Eastern Kentucky, I learned the values of perseverance, humility, service, and education from my Appalachian upbringing.
I earned degrees from Pikeville College, Morehead State University, and Fielding Graduate University, and completed my doctoral internship through the Appalachian Rural Health Consortium. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health, hospitals, crisis services, academic training programs, and private practice.
Today, I am the founder and owner of Robinson Psychological Services in Knoxville, Tennessee. My primary professional passion is psychological assessment, including psychological, neurodevelopmental, forensic, immigration, parental capacity, veteran disability, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
In addition to clinical practice, I serve as a supervisor and educator. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and guided by a commitment to treating every person with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Victoria Haddad, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hey there! My area of focus has been rooted in complex trauma, neurodivergent disorders, personality disorders, conduct/behavioral areas of concerns, and LGBTQIA+ community. I see children aged 3-18, adults, folks of advanced age, and couples who are experiencing barriers surrounding their mental health and past traumatic experiences that have significantly impacted areas of functioning.
I utilize a variety of modalities but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and integrated Therapy.
I offer a safe, holistic, and trauma-informed environment specializing in complex trauma, depression, anxiety, family relationships, and attachment-related issues. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel supported without judgement and healthy therapeutic rapport between myself and clients served.

Practice Manager
Gina has been working at Robinson Psychological Services since 2024. She is the Office Manager and an Air Force Veteran dedicated in providing exceptional client service.
Gina brings specialized knowledge to billing procedures as a Certified Billing Specialist (2026). In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her cats and enjoying Tennessee’s beautiful nature.

Alyxandra is passionate about working with people and helping create a positive experience for clients. She values kindness and bringing a calm, grounded approach to each day.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Koda, exploring local parks, and finding new activities to enjoy together. Music is almost always playing in the background, and she appreciates the little moments that bring a bit of joy and whimsy to everyday life.

Koda is an ESA golden retriever with plenty of love to give. He enjoys giving hugs and holding hands. If you’d like to share a moment with him, just ask his mom for some of his treats and he’ll be more than happy to practice his favorite tricks with you.
