Such a beautiful piece Karen. May we all "know Joseph." And I'm thinking of how many Palestinians I know who named Yusef, and how many Jews and Christians I know who are named Yosef and Joseph. And Jewish Israeli women named Josefa. Yes, may we know each other and through that knowing may this mean that we know each other's humanity and we care for each other's humanity and we protect each other's humanity. just the way we healed and protected the beloved Hudson River.
