Do More.
Today I was reminded to do more of what is working and less of what isn’t.
Sounds obvious, I know… but I often get lost in the sauce with all the moving parts that come with running a vertically integrated real estate business.
I find myself coaching my partners to focus on one leading KPI, or to lean into one lead-gen pillar to fire up their cash machine - only to realize that I suffer from the same affliction they do… just at a different level of the game.
When this happens, I recenter and focus on what is working.
And I ask myself a simple question:
“How do I 10x this?”
The goal isn’t to do more of more things.
The goal is to do more of the one thing that’s already working.
So let me ask you…
What is currently working in your business?
What’s stopping you from doing more of that?
Before you decide to “add another thing”- which usually just splits your time, focus, and energy- consider 10x-ing the thing that’s already working.
